Jag har tidigare <\/a>ber\u00f6rt fr\u00e5gan<\/b> om plagiat vad g\u00e4ller Dan Browns<\/b> bok Da Vinci-koden. Sanningen om detta har jag aldrig p\u00e5st\u00e5tt mig veta. Eftersom jag \u00e4nnu inte har l\u00e4st n\u00e5got av Lewis Perdue<\/b>, den f\u00f6rfattare som nu anklagar Dan Brown, s\u00e5 kan sannerligen inte jag avg\u00f6ra till n\u00e5gons f\u00f6rdel, men om det Perdue skriver p\u00e5 sina hemsidor \u00e4r sant s\u00e5 har han en hel del att komma med. Samtidigt \u00e4r det viktigt att veta att skitsnack p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt vanligt, l\u00e4tt att sprida och sv\u00e5rt att stoppa. I vilket fall tycker jag sj\u00e4lva principerna kring plagiat, id\u00e9st\u00f6ld, upphovsr\u00e4tt, inspiration etc alltid kan vara intressanta att fundera kring.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r den h\u00e4ndelse att andra l\u00e4sare av Da Vinci-koden finner ”plagiat-historien” intressant s\u00e5 vill jag h\u00e4r nedan \u00e5terge ett mejl jag idag fick av Perdue. Han har i sin kampanj nu startat en blog och det g\u00f6r att \u00e4nnu mer av hela historien blir som lite av en deckare om en deckare. Jag har en ganska distanserad syn p\u00e5 det hela och betraktar det d\u00e4rmed lite ”von oben” utan att v\u00e4lja sida – lite som att cyniskt observera en dokus\u00e5pa ungef\u00e4r \ud83d\ude42 (Visst \u00c4R det intressant med lite sociala experiment f\u00f6r att se hur folk springer runt lite som r\u00e5ttor i en bur, f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbart och som en lustiger dans.)<\/span>

\na Vinci Code Litigation: Random House Trying to Silence Me<\/p>\n

As you may know, Random House filed suit against me last fall to try and silence me.<\/p>\n

They asked a judge for ”summary judgement” in an attempt to stop my attempts to expose the massive and systemic plagiarism of my works in The Da Vinci Code.<\/p>\n

Random House is now pulling out all the stops to prevent a trial, to keep a discussion of all this from becoming public.<\/p>\n

Indeed, their most recent court filing is filled with falsehoods, distortions, misrepresentations, out-of-context statements and similar tactics that raise the question: if their case is so good, why can’t they fight it with true, honest statements?<\/p>\n

I’ve started a blog to shed light on their tactics, addressing every falsehood with verifiable facts. The blog is at: http:\/\/www.davincicrock.blogspot.com<\/a>. For some reason, the blog posts have been disappearing and I have to re-post them. If you get to the page and find no posts, please go to http:\/\/www.davincicrock.com<\/a><\/p>\n

And if you believe there are issues that deserve to be heard in court, then please let as many people know about the Da Vinci Crock blog as possible.<\/p>\n

I am not asking you to be on my side, just to ask for help to keep from being censored. <\/p>\n

The truth needs all the help it can get to be heard. There is so much more to come out.<\/p>\n
