Nu skriver BBC om att ”Spring babies ’face suicide risk’<\/a>”:<\/p>\n

”A study of 26,916 suicides in England and Wales found babies born in April, May or June had a 17% higher risk of suicide than those born in the autumn.”<\/div>\n

Forskarna, som publicerar sina resultat i ’British Journal of Psychiatry<\/a>’ spekulerar att det kan finnas en korrelation med det faktum att en statistiskt signifikant andel av de som drabbas av alkoholism, depression och rubbningar i k\u00e4nslolivet f\u00f6ds under denna period av \u00e5ret. <\/p>\n

Andra studier har visat att schizofreni, Alzheimers och narkolepsi \u00e4r mer vanliga hos personer f\u00f6dda i december \u00e4n i n\u00e5gon annan m\u00e5nad.<\/p>\n

”As the baby is developing the brain is very sensitive to any change in maternal state, like infections and even temperatures.
\nWe are born all the same but some of us are more vulnerable than others to certain diseases. Some of us will get away with it, but some of us may end up falling victim to disease and committing suicide.”

Forskarna s\u00e4ger sj\u00e4lva att detta \u00e4r den st\u00f6rsta studien hittills som unders\u00f6kt ett samband av detta slag. <\/p>\n
